IC&R was founded in 2016 by Phil Adams, to specialise in dispute resolution, expert services, and claims management.

Phil, who now leads IC&R on day-today basis, originates from London, England, and has been immersed in the contract and commercial management of projects since 1980. The first two decades of his career were focused on UK constructions projects, and the last 25 years have focused on international infrastructure, energy and mining projects across MENA (Dubai) and APAC (Hong Kong and Perth).
